- Python, PyTorch, geospatial raster tooling
- Experience with remote sensing or earth-observation data
- Care for uncertainty, not just accuracy
Own ground-truth validation: lab datasets, pedo-transfer functions and the uncertainty reporting that tells a customer where physical testing is still needed.
- Background in soil science or pedometrics
- Comfortable with statistics and field campaigns
- Clear writing for non-specialist readers
Take the Blind Challenge to fertiliser companies, co-ops and digital agriculture platforms, and turn validated pilots into API rollouts.
- B2B sales in agtech, data or SaaS
- Able to run technical pilots with customers
- Italian and English; French is a plus
